Jordan coach praises Klinsmann-Tetrad: "Very good team...will do better"

Moroccan coach Hussein Amouta, who is leading the Jordanian national football team at the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) Asian Cup 2023, has praised the South Korean national team and coach Jürgen Klinsmann for their semifinal victory over Qatar.

Amouta attended a pre-match press conference at the Main Media Center (MNC) in Doha, Qatar, on Monday alongside defender Salem Alazalin ahead of the Asian Cup final against Qatar on Nov. 11 at 0:00 p.m. KST.

"(The final) will be a family affair with two Arab teams coming together, so we have to enjoy the game and not feel any pressure," Amuta said.

"We promise to deliver a match worthy of a final," he said, "We will try to communicate with the outside world and reduce the pressure during the match."

"Both teams want to make history and win the title," he said, adding, "We are preparing normally without putting any pressure on our players."

"They're a very good team with a lot of players who 토토 play in Europe," Amuta said of his semifinal opponents, "and they have a great coach, Klinsmann."

"In soccer, it's the little details that make the difference," he said, encouraging Korea to do better in the next tournament.

"Qatar are the champions, they are the hosts, and they are a solid team," he said, adding, "It's not easy to reach two finals in a row. When you think about what the Qatar Football Association has done over the years, this is not something that happened out of the blue."

"I'm happy with what Jordan has achieved so far," Amuta said. It is a challenge for me to reach the final and try to win the title," he said, adding: "Our team is almost complete for tomorrow's match. Qatar will not be easy, but so will we," he said.

Earlier, Jordan reached the final with a 2-0 win over South Korea in the quarterfinals. Qatar won a tongue-in-cheek match against Iran 3-2.
